Q: What is auto-ship?

A: Once you sign up to recieve our kits, you will begin to be billed each month until you decide to cancel your subscription. There are no cancelation penalites. We just require that you cancel your subscription before the 5th of the month so that we can take you out of our billing system.

Q: What's in the kit?

A: Every kit includes enough supplies to create tons of 12X12 or 8 1/2 X 11 pages and 1 altered item. The actual supplies vary month to month. Check our our monthly kits to see the current and past kits. We also include complete instructions for completing everything in the kit.

Q: Can I skip a kit?

A: Yes. Just let us know by the 5th of the month so that your credit card doesn't get processed.

Q: What is prepay?

A: Some people enjoy having their kits paid for in advance so they don't have to worry about a monthly withdrawl. Everyone has different ways to budget, so we try and be flexible in how we let you pay.

Q: How do I cancel?

A: Simply e-mail us be the 5th of the month and we will remove you from our billing system.

Q: Can I have the tools I bought shipped out with my kit?

A: Yes! You can either have them shipped at no extra charge (other than your normal kit shipping charge) with your kit or shipped right away if you need the supplies sooner.

Q: When do you ship the kits?

A: So much arrives at the beginning of the month and by the middle we're starved for scrapbooking stuff. So we ship our kits out between the 18th & 20th of each month.

Q: How do you ship the kits?

A: We ship USPS. If you live in the Boise area, you can pick up your kit.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes. Send me an e-mail and I'll get you a shipping quote.

Q: When do you bill my credit card?

A: We do our billing between the 12th & 15th of each month.
